Words cannot express our feelings after learning of the devastating news of your Jamie's sudden passing. Both Carmel & I are absolutely numb. He was, and still is, my best mate, friend & colleague. He taught me so much. So many people respected him. I know you are hurting and feeling cheated that he was taken from you so suddenly and unfairly. We are hurting too, and want you both to know we will always be there for you both. Like you, we will always cherish the memories of our times together of an intelligent, generous kind and loving man, who had a great sense of humour and thought so much of others. This is a hard note to write, but I want you to know that I am thinking of you even though I don’t know what to say.
I will always remember Jamie as a very warm and genuine person.
We will never forget the good times we had together.
What a difficult time and experience, when all around you should be joy with your beautiful child.
Our love and prayers to all of you, needless to say...stay strong, love does conquer all.
