So sorry to hear of Jem, passing i only heard this week

Its sad to hear of the passing of Jem , my old next door neighbour , even as a 6 year old kid i dont think i can remember a time he didnt dress snazzy, he always had a suit and shirt or at least a suit top , My sincerest condolences go out to the Mc Cabe and Dunne family the last 9-10 months have been cruely challenging for you all, i wish nothing but good to follow you now, its certainly put things into perspective to me , like the fact that we only really get a small loan of our parents in this life and its never long enough , and all the folks over the years that have said to me 'dont carry grudges' or not to keep on at needless arguments, its all true that life is too short we dont know whats around the corner, i hope Anto and Bernie are giving jem a few spins on the oul one arm bandits up there, and i hope he gets the top payout before them.....R.I.P.Jem ,R.I.P Anto....R.I.P Bernie🙏

My hearfelt condolences to my friends Lee and Shane and to your extended families. I only knew your Father & Mother for a short time, but they were they were so nice to me, and showed me good old fashioned Dublin decency. May they rest together in God's paradise.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Jem's passing. He was a great friend and work colleague for many years and one of life's true characters. So many great stories and memories of him and my late brother John .. two old Willwood "Parnellers" gone to their maker.

My deepest condolences to James, Lee, Shane and all the McCabe family.

Our thoughts are with the McCabe family as we grieve our fathers passing also. Growing up, we knew of Jimmy as a good friend to our father when they worked together at Williams and Woods, Parnell Street.

It brings comfort to our family, knowing they both lay together in the same funeral home.
