Sincere sympathy to Yvonne and all the Delaney family. Jim was a good friend to us all and a kind and caring neighbour over the last 20 years, since we all moved to Laytown. Will have to suffer the misfortunes of the Deise hurlers without his support from now on. He will be sadly missed by us all.
To my dear friend Tara, and also Niamh,Tom and Yvonne, so sad to hear of Jim's passing. Many happy memories from our childhood of Jim teasing us and joking with us in Gracepark, He has such a great sense of humour, and was a great entertaining story teller, thinking of you all at this difficult time, one thing that was always evident was the pride and joy Jim found in his three children, and I know from Tara in recent years this was the same experience for his grandchildren. May he rest in peace,
