Years ago one of Drogheda’s most famous musicians, Brian Hoey of “The Mountaineers “,now deceased, told me that you were the inspiration for his musical career after listening to your beautiful piano playing. You thought myself so much for which I’m grateful.
You left many of us with precious endearing memories which we will always treasure.

I was very privileged to be invited by Jim to attend the musical nights in his house. I grew up not to far away from him, he had his white car looking so well at all times. Jim will be entertaining all above now as he did on earth. Rest in peace Jim.

You had such a very strong faith, which was so important to you, and also loved when I took you communion weekly, also as Margaret did at times. To all of Jims relations sorry to hear of his passing. He grew up in Greenhills with my late dad Patsy Boyle and Aunty Anne. Manys a story we heard. I remember the family were invited to a piano recital in his home many years ago. He was a very talented man. RIP Jim
