I was so sad to hear of Jim's passing. I met him when he was Chairman of the GRSA. We became firm friend's. He always managed to keep a seat next to him at functions, we had so much fun. He was a character.

He always represented the underdog. He introduced me to his lovely wife Trish another lovely kind person. I recon I was lucky, I managed to make two great friends for the price of one.

All that is left for me to say is goodbye for now Jim.

I was very sorry to hear of Jim’s passing, condolences to you all. I had the pleasure of working with “Speedy” when I was in the GSU office in Guinness. There was never a dull moment when he was around. Rest in peace Jim.
