Sincere sympathy to May and all the family at this time. Jim was a cheerful, friendly man who was always great company. He made a great contribution to education in the schools where he worked and the community where he lived. He was an active and loyal INTO member who campaigned tirelessly for the removal of Entrance Exams as a selection tool for secondary schools. He was an accomplished historian and his book on the Oath of Allegiance is a great contribution to our understanding of our past. It was a pleasure to have known him. May he rest in peace.
