Devastated to hear of Jim’s passing. We shared about seventeen years service together in the Air Corps and can echo the remarks herein as to his rock solid character, integrity and strong work ethic. We put in many many miles together running the airfield perimeter at lunchtime or playing volleyball or Pilates or step aerobics in the gym when we weather was bad. More recently we renewed our friendship walking in the hills in Wicklow where he will now be sadly missed. May the Peace be with you all and may Jim rest peacefully.
