James (Jim) Meleady

So sad that Jamesy has passed away. We had many fantastic times and adventures together and I'm sure there would have been many more to come. Always a great friend and companion. He always saw and brought out the best in people. My deepest sympathy to Ingrid, Conor, Aoife,Sophie,and all of the Meleady family. May you find peace in your hearts, and Jimmy. Rest in peace my dear friend. Always in my heart X

We were so sorry to hear the terrible news about Jim. Jim was a gentleman and a lovely person to deal with. He regularly fixed our deck and always had a smile on his face. Im sure he will be missed by everyone who knew him. May his soul rest in peace.

All the people in Oatfields will miss his cheerful and kind nature, not to mention his creativity, skill, attention to detail and hard work, on all the projects he completed for so many.

Great memories of growing up with Jamesy in Killester. His passion for life was infectious. And what an artist - I still have a painting of the ha'penny bridge he did for me for my 21st. Condolences to Ingrid and family.
