James (Jim) Savage

My deepest sympathy to the Savage family on the passing of their beloved Jim.
Although I never had the pleasure of meeting Jim, I was very touched by his kindness and thoughtfulness towards Fr Philip Corcoran, who he regularly contacted by phone, especially in the final months of Fr Phil's life. I believe they were a source of comfort to each other in their declining years and they loved to reminisce about their time together on the parish pilgrimage to Medjugorje. I like to think of them now reunited, reaping their just rewards and enjoying eternal life. May Jim's gentle soul rest in peace.
