When I was a management trainee with Unilever in the 1960s, Jim was the field sales manager of McDonnells and he became one of my mentors. He was liked and respcted by the sales force and I recall particularly his energy and his mischievous sense of humour. Rest in Peace, Jim.

I got to know Jim Traynor when I started my first job as a marketing management trainee in Unilever. Jim was a senior manager at that time but he was so kind and patient with us trainees. I remember him very fondly and I have no doubt that he is equally fondly remembered by the many other people he came across in his long career. May he rest in peace.
