Jim welcomed us to Tipperary many years ago and I have many fond memories of time spent enjoying a pint, watching the rugby and having a sing along - even if he initially thought I was deaf because I couldn’t understand his thick accent. Much laughter was had. He was a true character. Rest in peace Jim.
