Our deepest condolences to Annie and family on the sad passing of Jimmy. He was a great family friend and I have fond memories of our time growing up in Donnycarney. I always enjoyed our conversations about golf. May Jimmy rest in peace.

Jimmy was a top fella , one of the best .He was known as Jem or Jembo by his long life best friend - my father - Ronny Dunne (RIP). He was funny , full of life and such a strong character - he will be sorely missed but I'm sure his legacy will continue as he touched so many lives and how much brighter were those for knowing him.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Jim. He was such a warm and great character. Spent some lovely times with him on and off the golf course. Especially enjoyed his singing, what a voice he had. Sincere condolences to Annie and all the family. Rest in peace Jembo. 🌹

I played one or two games of golf with Jim in our lovely golf course in Rush what i remember most about Jim was his infectious smile and his kindness and also his Dean Martin voice. Always Gentlemen Jim from his immaculate manners to his dress sense to his grooming. Then there was that incredible voice and his great sociability. Once you were a friend of Jim's, you were a friend of Annie's and then a friend forever. We met him through Podge in the Golf Club in the early seventies and we have loved him since. You have lost a loving husband sweet Annie and your family have lost a gem. We celebrate his long and happy life with his many friends. Sing Dean Martin one more time Jimbo and rest with the heavenly choir.
