James (Jimmy) Donoghue

I was saddened recently to hear of Jimmy’s passing. I had the privilege of supporting him last year during a traumatic experience in which many would falter. Jimmy bravely stood tall and left a mark on all of us involved with the level of courage he displayed. Rest easy Jimmy and thank you for the chats over those few days 🕊️

I only met you that morning on your bike and you smiled and waved and as I passed I smiled as I was thinking there you are heading for the bus into portarlington and to sing an oul tune.
It's sad we won't see you anymore on the Brackagh road and your little dog. kids would always say "your going to get your groceries in Darcy's"

Rest in peace Jimmy you are a saint up there.
