I (Alan) had the pleasure of dealing with Jimmy when booking our "home from home" as we made our annual trip up to Tayto park from Cork City for the last few years. I was both shocked and saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Jimmy. I got to know and meet Jimmy through MDI, what a gentleman he was always so friendly and helpful. I don’t know if he ever realised the impact MDI had on people's lives giving us a break in proper accommodation and everything on hand.
