We are so sorry to hear of the loss of Jimmy, myself & Brendan have some wonderful memories of Jimmy when we visited lillan & Anthony a few years back in Cork. He was a great man for his age & full of character, he will be sorely missed by all.Our thoughts & prayers are with all his family.From Trish & Brendan Hanna,Longwood Co.Meath.
A message from over the waters, The sad news has devasted many of us in Leamington Spa England as Uncle Jimmy was an absolute treasure to all who knew him. For many years we would visit and turn up on his doorstep with friends in tow, and he would welcome us with a good cup of Barrys and a key to come and go as we pleased. The news spread quickly and saddened all who ever met this legend. His Grandson Colin the apple of his eye and wife Christine have been amazing over the years and we want them to know how much we admire and love them for all there care. Leamington Spa will be raising a glass to a truly loved man and our visits will continue but won't be the same without the Lovely Uncle Jimmy. God bless
