I am so very sorry to hear of Jimmy's passing. My deepest condolences to his son and the family. I remember musher as we called him as a fantastic youth leader who got us involved in athletics and other activities for the Dublin community games and summer projdcts. Such a great community man and invested so much of his time in other people especially the youth of Rialto. He will not be forgotten. RiP Jimmy.
So sorry to hear about James was a lovely man got on with everyone may he Rest in peace.
So sorry to hear of James passing. Thinking of Stephen , Teresa and James family at this sad time. I’ve fond memories of when we sang in Fatima church on Sunday following with a drink and laughs in Macauley’s some weeks. I couldn’t make today but watched online . It was a beautiful ceremony and James would be so proud of Stephen giving that lovely eulogy and tribute to him . Rest in peace James
So sorry to hear about the passing of your brother James a true gentleman
Can’t believe you are gone Jimmy so many great memories of when we were leaders in the Rialto west Youth Club. You and Tony Wall had a vision to do something for the local kids who had nothing in our area. You loved working with young people and shaped many of their lives. You were always smiling and great fun to be around. Never a bad word about anyone and always so kind. You were a very good friend to me then and I can’t pass Dolphin Road without thinking of you. Condolences to your family. A beautiful human being has gone. Rest in Peace.
Very sad news and taken too early. You were a guiding hand in the Rialto West youth club and dedicated so much of your time to us when we were teenagers. Thanks for being such a great youth leader and good example to so many of us Musher.

We will meet again one day but today we are sad at losing you. Sympathies to your family at this sad time.

Anne Whelan (McKenna) ex Dolphin Road

The light of heaven to you Musher.

Summers were brilliant because of the work you put in to the Summer Project. The Golden Ticket was the day trip to the airport and the twirly car park.
Thank you.

Thinking of you Stephen & Theresa. James you will be missed you were a great and caring uncle. Very very sad so sudden RIP James always missed and loved
The fun we had pulling together ten pieces of music and song for our first performance in the Brazen Head, my God!! Every Tuesday night in James’s house…and the craic was just mighty!!🤣 The best part was that it went a treat and they wanted us back!! My reference to “my good fiend and fellow sufferer” always brought a wry smile to his face, swiftly followed by a burst of laughter, as only he could🤣🤣🤣 My dear friend, James..the world is a lesser place with your passing but no doubt the party is about to start upstairs, so bring the guitar!! Can I wish, Stephen, Teresa and all the Sheridan family much peace at this very sad time and it is fair to say that we have lost one of life’s true gentlemen! Rest easy James🙏🏻🙏🏻RIP.
To Stephen, Teresa, Eddie, Paul, Antoinette, Mary, Brenda. Deepest condolences to you at this shattering time.
I'm thinking of Dolphin Rd, Ted under the bonnet of a Cortina. Pauline trying to keep track of all of you. I'm thinking of the massive contribution James gave to our community and how privileged we were to accompany him during that period. His contribution still prevails today in the many good people he shaped. We worked closely together during the 70's and 80's in Rialto laying the foundations for a better community in the future. James was a Giant within the group of community activists. He impressed and influenced. I was honoured to work with him and enjoy the success he brought to the community. His love of community, sport, song, history, and good company was something to behold. Work and Play integrated seamlessly when you were with James. His company during holidays and sitting at the Bar made for many great memories, -which are flooding back now. Great times, Great people.
And so, James Sheridan, off you go, before your time, but,
we'll see you someday in 'Fiddlers Green'.
Thinking of you Stephen & Theresa. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

Rest in Peace James.
I've known Jimmy since we were in our late teens when he gave his time to the young kids of Rialto through his involvement in sports, summer projects, community week and indeed an Irish week in Rialto. In all the years I was in his company I never once heard him bad mouthing anyone quite the opposite all he ever wanted was a pint and a sing song and boy did we have many.As the words of the song goes...Of all the money that i have spend I've spend all in good company. Rest in peace Jimmy it was a pleasure knowing you.
Rest in peace .
Condolences to his son Stephen and Theresa .
Sorry to hear about the sad passing of a great community man. James sang a lovely song about the great Jim Larkin. It was after the funeral of another great lover of Rialto. Ger Mc Carthy. Little did anyone expect in the space of a few short months that we too would be mourning his passing. To Teresa and Stephen so sorry for your loss. May he rest in peace. From the Lyne family.
