Sad to hear of james passing .sympathy to his wife sons daughter and other family members. James was a lovely highly intelligent person could converse on any subjects. Many ta interactions we had as regard to same .but his main speciality was his cooking .old skool dishes top of ta range better than any hilton hotel etc .his lamb chops were fantastic. Also he always had a warm welcome for everyone. A kind gentle soul may u rest in peace 🙏
