I had the pleasure of knowing Jimmy a number of years ago. The warmest, most gentle soul who always had a story to tell. He was one of a kind, and will be greatly missed

A very highly skilled Butcher and great at what he done. He was always laughing and making jokes with the lads in work. He wasn't with us long, but will leave a huge impact on all our lives and will be greatly missed.
