James Kelly was a very special person and will be missed by all who knew him. A unique and skilled person given that he possessed superfluous intelligence with a kind heart and also maintained his generous spirit until the end I have no doubt. He was a gift to this world .

Very sorry to hear the sad passing of James. A pleasure to work with at the Waterford Suir Valley Railway for many years. No job was to big or small for James to deal with and always did so with a smile and laugh.

It was with sorrow that I learned of the sad death of James. He was a man
who always gave one hundred percent with a smile and was willing to help anyone he could. His answer every time to a request for help was
"I will if I can". He will be sadly missed. Rest in Peace James.

Dark cloud over the village this week made all the sadder with the loss of James. A gentleman always.
