I never actually worked with Leo but met him at official functions and meetings in Dublin. I remember Leo as always being elegantly dressed. There was, of course, much more to the man

As many others have highlighted in their contributions in this Book, I found him to be a true and honourable gentleman, in the great history of the Excise.
