James Kelly, Captain, Old Collegians Boat Club
Heartfelt condolences to his mother Dr Patricia Mangan who was very helpful to my sister in law Mary Bailey who died in 2009 of motor neuron disease. Also to his uncle Donal Mangan who I came across I the course of my work back in 2004 and who had his own troubles.

My thoughts and prayers are with this family at this troubled time.
My sincere condolences. I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. James when I met him many years ago was a true gentleman with a raw wit and thoughtful nature. I hope you find solace in the many memories. May he rest in peace.
I'm very sorry for your loss. I'll always remember James for his great smile and laughs we shared dancing over the past few years I got to know him. He gave a lot to all his friends and family and will be sadly missed. Rest in peace James
The condolences and thoughts of all University College Dublin Boat Club alumni are with James' family and friends at this time.
James is a legend of College rowing and will always have a cherished place in the annals of UCD rowing.
A good oarsman and a good man. He will be sadly missed.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this devestating time on the loss of your beautiful James. He will be remembered as a fine young man who, when i met him could talk about nothing but rowing. What beautiful and cherished memories you have of your beloved James, who will be forever young in your hearts.
