So sad to think of the loss James' nearest and dearest are feeling. I have great memories of our many encounters, most especially when James was a director of PJ Carroll and I as an employee jokingly caddied for him the day after a Carrolls Irish Open and he nick-named me Fanny after Faldo's famous caddy, and he continued to greet me loudly as such - in public - whenever we bumped imto each other. Rest in Peace,.James.
Sincere condolences to the family of James and especially his children. He was a wonderful person, a gentleman and a pleasure to work with many years ago. He has left his mark and will be missed.
It was with great sadness that we learnt about the passing of our Chairman Mr. James Osborne. The Board, management and all the staff of Eason would like to express our gratitude to an exceptional friend and colleague. Our sympathies and condolences are with his family and friends at this time.
Our heartfelt sympathies to the family and friends of James. James became an independent non-executive director of James Hardie in 2009 and made a tremendous contribution to the success of the firm. Apart from being a highly experienced company director with deep legal insight he was an absolute gentleman and working with him was a real pleasure.
