So sorry to hear of Rays passing. A shock to all of us in Lansdowne FC in Dublin. Ray was such a treasured member of our club and a great servant to the club both on and off the field. The most unluckiest fullback in Irish rugby history to have been kept off the Irish team by his pal and combatant the Fox himself Tommy K. I last met him in Temple Hill last season with the two greats Noisy and Tommy in a Con V Lansdowne AIL game. Thank you Ray for all those great times and enjoy your reunification with your two great pals Mossy Keane and Con Houlihan to who you were a wonderful friend.
