Jim, thank you to your kindness to me that day and all the other times we interacted in person and by email. Your listening ear, quiet smile and non-judgmental response to my bumbling words meant the world to me, I'll never forget it. I always felt heard and understood around you. I will miss your sense of humour, passion for music and your refreshing honesty. I feel like I have lost a kindred spirit.

My sweet dear Laura and children, it is with great sadness that I write these words. As you know, Jim, as well as you are our heart friends. To day our grief is beyond deep, our joy in knowing that Jim is with our Lord is much deeper. Jim has made such an impact on my life, as you all have, you are all treasured. Our heart and prayers are with you all.

Dear Ones,
We are still in shock, and great sadness for you and us. Jim cannot be gone! Yet, we are joyful. To know he is with the Lord, his Savior, and moreso, encouraged that the life he lived in Ireland and now his death, will bring forth new life. We miss being able to care for your needs directly. We are comforted to know people in Dublin are caring for you. God be with you "til" we meet again.
