I was so sorry and shocked to hear the sad news of James sudden passing. I worked with James in the Radisson hotel. James was a fantastic chef and was so passionate about his work and his team. He adored his boys always talking of them so fondly. He will be missed by so many. May James rest in peace. Thinking and praying for his family at this difficult time.
