Jamie had an infectious love of life. He was, and in many ways still is, a source of inspiration and leadership to his team mates. I felt a terrible loss on learning recently of this terrible tragedy. Why do so many of the fabulously talented among us depart this earth so young? I'll never forget you, Jamie, and offer my sincerest regrets to your family.

Your high level of intelligence was too much for many to understand on this earth.

To Valerie, family and friends. Devastated to hear of Jamie's passing, although living far apart we had some long chats in recent years, reminiscing, laughing, crying and trying to support each other in understanding the complexities of life. Thinking of Jamie now, smiling abut some memories, sad about the loss of a young man with a big heart who had to cope with many challenges and frustrated at how life works out. My thoughts are with you all.

Had a great few years in school with Jamie. Met him and his grandad in Spain by chance many years ago and we had a great 10 days together as innocent teenagers. An infectious laugh was his stand out trait. Great memories. RIP
