My deepest condolences to her sons, husband, family and friends at this very difficult time.

I have fond memories of Jane from our time at DIT, Mounjoy Square. She was a great classmate who was tremendous fun, good natured and hard working.

Feel so sad to have just heard this news. I did the Masters in 2009 with Jane and she was incredibly helpful. She was enormously courageous and generous with her last few years fighting for other people. Very sorry for her family who have lost a superhero.

Rest in peace Jane. My thoughts and prayers are with John Joe, your boys and all her family and friends. So sorry for your loss.

Jane participated in a video with us on behalf of the Marie Keating Foundation, where she told us the story of her life and illness, in the hope that others would not have to face what she did in future. Her generosity and bravery in sharing her time and her story with us and the public was incredible, and by doing so she has helped to make a real change in government screening programmes.
In the brief time I met her, she struck me as an incredibly brave woman, and her loss at such a young age is a terrible tragedy. My deepest condolences to Jane's family.

We are deeply sorry to hear of the loss of Jane. Please know that our thoughts are with all of Jane’s family during this difficult time.

I met Jane at a cancer event last year and she was one of the loveliest people that I have ever met. I was so amazed and impressed by her strength, bravery, warmth, energy, kindness and determination. She was like a light that lit up the room. She was such an incredible lady.

I’m so very sorry for your loss of Jane. She was such a beautiful person and it was a privilege to know her and spend time with her camping and on our Wednesday wellness dinners. She’ll be deeply missed and always remembered.
