My sincere condolences to Jane's Sons, family, friends & all close to her. We were students in the late 70's & worked together until '81. I remember Jane with enormous fondness from these times. She was a wonderful mentor & advocate; caring; family focused & a sincere friend to treasure & remember. Rest in peace Jane.

I am so sorry to hear of Jane’s passing. I stayed in her sweet Cork home years ago during my Ireland travels. She was so welcoming, kind, funny and light-hearted. I am very sorry to hear of Jane's passing. She took a CELTA teacher training course with us in the Language Centre in UCC and in that time I got to know Jane and kept in contact from time to time since then. She was a great support to her fellow trainee teachers on the course.

I am very sorry to hear this sad news.I worked with Jane in Enable Ireland she was always so positive and caring.I loved meeting up with Jane outside work going to her Yoga classes and meeting for coffee. May her gentle soul rest in peace. Deepest condolences to all her family.

I only met Jane once through one of the meet-up groups. A few of us organised a walk around Doneraile park. I drove Jane home and she talked about the many adventures she had in various places over the years which was very interesting. I also found she was a great listener and gave great advice. She made an impact on me like she did with so many others. My sincere condolences to all her family. Jane was one of a kind. May she rest in peace x

Jane joined our club in 2019 and within that time attended many social outings with the group.
While Jane's interests were music and drama her real passion was hiking and she joined us on many hiking excursions around the country. I enjoyed her company and the stories she told of her adventures around the globe.
