Our deepest Condolences to the Wilkinson Family.
We 1st got to know your wonderful Jane through our Mam Iris who spent time in St James's Hospital and shared a ward together. Jane was an angel and helped our Mam to stay in contact with us through facetime and social media.
Jane was amazing and kept our Mams spirits high during her last few weeks.
We can see how special she was by the amount of wonderful comments left here. A truly wonderful person in every way.
Thank you ❤

I was lucky enough to get to know Jane through my husband who’d known her for many years. We started of as Facebook “pals” who shared a similar cheeky humour, love of animals particularly our own beloved cats, being proud aunties & the idolisation of the little people in our lives our nieces & nephew. The icing on the cake was to finally meet her in person when she came over to Fife, Scotland to attend our joint friends 50th Ska themed Birthday. What a fantastic night/weekend where she was at her finest.
To all her family my heartfelt condolences she was truly a one in a million who touched the hearts of all those she met & befriended with her beautiful smile, warmth & kindness. To her beloved nieces & nephew your special auntie simply adored you.
Sleep easy my lovely RIP xx

Dear Ken and family.

I am truly saddened to have heard of Janes passing. I always enjoyed her visits to my shop and indeed just recently not knowing of her great battle had said to you to remind her to drop by and i would have looked forward to her visit on an often otherwise dull work day. She always had a great smile and a laugh and was in no hurry. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very tough time.

May Jane rest in peace.
— Gary O Brien

I remember Jane very well as a student in Mount Temple. They were good days. I am very sad to hear of her illness bravely borne. She was a great young woman with a strong interest in radio broadcasting. She evoked respect and affection and was a strong character! My thoughts and prayers are with all of her lovely family and friends.

To Jane’s Mam, Dad, Suzanne, Val and Ken I am so very sorry for the loss of your beloved daughter and sister. Jane told me on many occasions how lucky she was to have you all.

To Olivia, Zara, Heidi, Ollie and Ella your Auntie Jane loved you more than words can ever explain.

I met Jane in Mount Temple but it was over the last 12 or so years that we really got to know each other and initially bonded over our love of animals but for the last 8 years (when I finally joined the club) it was the love of being an Auntie that cemented things! I could feel the love bursting out any time Jane mentioned one of her angels (and future DIVAS) not to mention King Ollie! I think we could have been the Co Founders of the “Proud Auntie Club”

Jane, pal…you were so kind, sweet, generous with your time, thoughtful, intuitive and funny!

I knew you were always at the end of the phone if I needed a shoulder and I hope that you knew the same

Rest well pal! You did everything you could and remained positive and strong throughout!

I hope Katie has left some room on “her” bed for you to snuggle now you are reunited

You certainly left your mark! You will be missed xx
— Amanda Cooke
