I first met Jay as a teenager while he was working in JD Dublin branch on Mary Street with his trademark skinny jeans and white trainers and throughout the years I have watched him grow as he progressed his career with JD , firstly here in Ireland (especially the joy he had getting his first company car ) and eventually in the other side of the world watching his extremely busy life on instragram , one thing for sure he never forgot his roots in Dublin wherever he was working he always thought of home , Jay Lynch was my inspiration to young people starting their careers on what can be achieved if you work hard and I can not think of any better example , the work challenges he took on were brave but we all know how confident he was and made them look easy . we had coffee in the summer and he was excited about his next challenge but little did I know so shortly afterwards would he be taken from us , Jay was loved by so many and achieved so much in such a short life and his family should be so proud of him

So Sleep tight Jay thanks for well just been Jay Lynch the Legend .. RIP young man xx thoughts with all your family.

Jay brought an energy and light into the world that was unmatched! He seen in the good in everyone and pushed them to their potential. There were times I thought I couldn't, he always reminded me that of course you can!

I feel so privileged to have had Jay in my life, JD Aus will never be the same without him, but I will do my best to keep his legacy alive telling tales of our fun times and how much he achieved in such a small time!
