I'm saddened to hear this news. I went to primary School with Jay and he was a decent lad. Not perfect, but who is. Jay had a tough life, he had many challenges and I feel sorry for him and his family. Deep down he was a gental lad. It's way too soon to pass like this. I'm sending my condolences to all his family.
