I recognised the name, I remember Jennifer very well, from when I start working in Bloomfield 6 years ago, I remember Jenny to be very kind and caring and polite and very mindful of other residents, always looking out for them and trying to help. I always felt at ease around Jennifer and loved a chat with her.
