Jennifer, it truly was an honour to know you. You inspired so many with your dedication to fight for all, suffering with Cystic Fibrosis. You will be sadly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, your heartbroken parents, sisters Donna and Edel, fiance Luke, extended family and many friends. May you now forever rest peacefully in our homeland in Heaven.
I only knew you to see but have heard of your story. Such a brave and courageous woman, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Beautiful girl taken too soon. Heaven has gained another angel. Rest in peace.
