Jerry's attention to detail led him to show me much of the flora and fauna in the area. I am now taking better care of my garden. I was honoured to be welcomed by Triona to share time with Jerry back in 2015.

He brought in a table tennis table and we ran a Christmas tournament and raised money for the Mercy Hospital children's ward. I had the pleasure of getting a free horticulture lecture at his Douglas adult education classes on horticulture as I typed up his union reports.
