What a surprise when we met forty years later in Claddaghduff where was Curate after his return from the U.K, when we indulged in enjoyable recollection of past events and fond times. I remember his arrival in Renvyle in July 2000, my eldest daughter was his first Christening here.
He was also a great friend over the years to our beloved Aunty Maud, (Maureen Sammon, R.I.P.)
I hope they’re catching up & enjoying a pint of Guinness and a glass of Red inside the pearly gates while debating and discussing events and the upcoming Autumn meet of the Galway Races which he loved to attend.
