Sincere sympathy to Joan and family on the very sad passing of Jerome, a very kind person & always good for a story. I have some very happy memories of saving the hay with him & his brother Michael (RIP) on his farm in Castlewrixon in the early 70's, we had great crack/banter in those long hot summer days. Also got many tips from Jerome on hurling during his visits to Ballyhoura in the summer evenings. A true gentleman & great conversationalist.

He was certainly one of lifes true gentlemen and a very prominent part of life in Ballyhea.
