I recall first getting to know Jerry in Sep 1952 when we started together in De La Salle in Skibbereen.
We subsequently worked as employees of Drinagh Co Op before Jerry moved on to better himself.
I have happy memories of our friendship ,his wit and his deep interest in road bowling and hurling.
