I send my deepest sympathy to the Brosnan family at this difficult time. Jimmy was a friendly neighbour in Old Spa Road in the 1950s. As young school children, we’d often wander into LIPTON’S, the Mall, where Jimmy worked, looking for broken biscuits. Innocent times, and happy days. Rest in Peace Jimmy. My goodness what a lovely gentleman so hardworking and deligient. I was a regular customer in my youth to the shop and for so long thought he was the owner. He worked hard with such exceptional customer care.
