Deepest condolences to all the Crowley family on the passing of Jim. I have very fond memories of both Jim and Mary growing up in Santry. Jim and Mary were lifelong friends of my mam and dad Maurice and Colette Whelan. Jim was an absolute gentleman, when my dad passed away 23 years ago he composed and recited a fitting tribute to him. I am lucky enough to still have a copy of that tribute today. I couldn’t make it to Dublin to the funeral but I watched it online and what a beautiful ceremony it was, Conor your eulogy at the end of the mass was very much like Jim’s to my dad..perfect,
