I am so sorry to hear of Jim´s passing. Please accept my sincere condolences. I had the honour to collaborate with Jim for many years, when I was working for the European Commission´s Joint Research Centre on DigCompOrg and SELFIE projects. Jim was not only a great professional providing always creative ideas and constructive comments but also a fantastic person, gentleman, calm and with a great sense of humour. He was my mentor, my critical friend, and I will miss him a lot.
Dear Family of Jim:

You do not know me but I worked with Jim way back in tile.

He was a good colleague, nice to work with and always in a mood that brightened the conversations. He is gone but memories will remain, sincerely, Alfredo

You, his family ,have lost a truly exceptional person. Rest in peace Jim,
