It's with real sadness that I heard that my old pal Jim had passed away, whether it was in work or on the street with his beloved dogs (dragging him to Quinlans) he would always stop for a chat ,a slagging match or a new joke he had heard , recently it was talk of hospital and doctors that we both shared , I'll miss you around , sleep easy

Deepest sympathy at your loss
It was with great sadness i learned of Jim's passing. But also brought back very good memories of or chats in the 80s & 90s about snooker, as he loved a game and loved even more beating Paul, his son in law. What Paul didn't know is that Jim used always ask me whenever we'd bump into each other over a pint what would give him an edge for his next game and would regale to me if it had worked.A great man to have a chat and a pint with.A gentleman of gentlemen which i'm sure his family know all to well. My condolences to all.
Sincere sympathy to you all on the death of your beloved dad and grandad Jim, may he rest in peace back with his beloved wife Noreen.
