I just heard the news at Chef Ireland today. I was one of 706/3 90 to 92. It was a privilege to have known Jimmy. He was a huge influence on me. My deepest condolence.

My deepest sympathy on the loss of your father. I was a student of his in Cathal Brugha Street and we were all in awe of his knowledge, ability and skill.

Your Dad left his student with a great body of knowlede of food, life and what it takes to be a good human being.
You must be very puoud of him .
I will always remember how he wore that chefs uniform with pride and flair , a legend.
