Jim was a brilliant footballer at Club and County level, unfortunately he was unable to play on the 22nd of September 1957 in the All-Ireland Football Final through injury.
He was a unique human, generous with time in helping those who needed help an example to us all. He also was a great conversationalist and a pleasure to be with.
