Jim Mulcahy

I have just learned of Jim's passing RIP.It has come as a great shock to me.

I want to express my deepest sympathy to Eileen and all the Mulcahy family.

I have great memories of working with Jim.

We go back to the days in IDA when Jim worked in the Regions and then in the Food Division of EI.

We all remember him as a very decent person and a real gentleman.

I worked with Jim in IDA and later in Enterprise Ireland. He was a lovely man, a great colleague and devoted worker. We shared many a coffee together. May he rest in peace.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Jim’s death.
As Chairperson of our Board of Management over a number of years Jim played a significant role in the progress and development of Scoil Cholmcille in Donaghmede. Jim gave generously of his time in order to build a kind, motivated and caring Staff team. He ensured the smooth running of the school, making a positive difference to the lives of the many children who have graduated during his time as Chairperson.
I count myself extremely fortunate to have worked with Jim who was always so supportive, invested, positive and good humoured.
