My sincere sympathy to the Redmond family on your sad loss. I had served with Jim as a young
recruit Garda at Wicklow and Ashford in1965/66. I have very fond memories of our working and social
life. I later returned to Ashford as Sgt in 1978 to 2001 . . He was a true and sincere person to have known. May he rest in peace
Unfortunately,I will be unable to attend the funeral. My thoughts and prayer will be with you.

My deepest sympathies for your loss at this sad time. I knew Jim as a former colleague a true gentleman and one in a million. I know he will be missed by you deeply but his presence will be a loss to his neighbours and community. May he rest in peace.
