the passing of Jim. Myself and children are devastated by this sad news. Over the years you and Jim became like a family to us. It was a privilege to know Jim and have him in our lives. He touched our hearts with his gentleness, extreme kidness and brilliant sense of humour. We are going to miss him deeply but he will live in our hearts forever. Rest in peace Jim.

Worked with Jim when we were young boys as telegram boys in Corks GPO we worked after in An Post in all different positions but primarily as postmen for over 40 years. My memories of Jim are all good all his colleagues and friends in an post will be sad to hear of his passing.
