Every time I met him, he was so vivacious and full of life and full of energy. The White Horse Hotel was the heartbeat of Cootehill. I can also picture him in Cootehill Mart. There will never be another Jimmy.

I have great memories of jimmy in past years during the years of driving many Brides and Grooms to the White Horse hotel on their wedding day. He was always so welcoming and cheerful.

Sincere sympathy to the Brady family on the passing of Jimmie. My first of many encounters with Jimmie was in Mohill mart back in the early eighties. He was selling donkeys for local farmers and dealers and it was some experience to watch him. Great banter between him and the sellers and buyers. He was like a movie star with his impeccable dress code and hair groomed to perfection. Rest in peace Jimmie.
