I am very sad to hear the news about Jimmie. I worked with him over a long period at DKIT. He was an absolute gent. Condolences to his nearest and dearest.

Really sad to hear this news from home. Jimmie was a school friend in childhood. He was a great character, clever and very knowledgeable. We played football together in and out of school and we affectionately called him “ The Prof “ for his wide knowledge of all subjects. Great memories from childhood. My memories of Jimmie as a colleague here at the DkIT, are of a kind, gentle, helpful, practical, knowledgeable and very interesting man. Jimmie was always willing to share his knowledge, a person who you could learn from. I know from some of our chats that family was his priority, Fiona, Aoibheann & Rosa please accept my deepest condolences, I hope in the days ahead that you will find some comfort, as you hold the memories of your husband and Dad in your hearts forever.
