Condolences to the Gavin family. I have very fond memories of Mr Gavin as a young Round Tower footballer many years ago. To say he was a
Passionate supporter of all the kids would be an understatement! There was nothing he wouldn’t do to encourage many Clondalkin kids in those days. A true gentleman and another character of old Clondalkin sadly gone. RIP Mr Gavin.

Jimmy, may he rest in God's arms, is a huge loss to Anne, his family & to a special community. My deceased parents,Maureen & Frank Kenny were part of the migrant Co Clare-born community that shared music, house/set dancing, socialisation, & deeply embedded friendship. Listen to that sincerity in Jimmy's singing. Jimmy always brought great fun and sincerity to every place where he met people. Anne always kept him safe and secure, so that he could be the character that he was. Oh, he will be missed by so many .. the human world is poorer for his loss. Jim will be singing in heaven .. but they will be Irish songs!. Condolences to Anne and family. Michael/Margaret.
