I was delighted to see Jimmy last weekend, we did our last rendition of Rock a Bob a Boobie the song we wrote in Sweenney meadow 60 years ago and always recalled when we met. We were kept from no 1 by the Beatles at the time. Jimmy's house was our internet cafe at the time, as all local young lads met there nightly to shoot the breeze. Farewell Jimmy you'll have a song for St Peter RIP

I only knew Jimmy in passing, but even then, meeting him was always a nice experience that never failed to brighten my day.

Sympathy to you all on the sad loss of jimmy. He was a character always had a word for everyone and a good laugh was always had whenever in jimmys company. Jimmy I will miss the chats with ya in Baileys even if sometimes you were winding me up but u never failed to bring a smile to my face no matter what.
